The past year has been a pivotal one for Legend Power Systems (LPS). Within multiple verticals, our energy conservation solution, the Harmonizer, has proven exactly how effective it is in lowering commercial and industrial buildings’ greenhouse gas emissions, and saving them money on a large scale. Legend Power Systems’ Year in Review: 2015
After securing a distribution deal in South Africa and emerging markets in 2014, and receiving European Electrical Certification for the Harmonizer a few months later, Legend Power Systems had great momentum entering 2015. To kick off the year, LPS announced in February that it had been recognized as one of the top performing TSX-Venture Companies in 2015, earning the spot of top performing clean-tech Company listed on the TSX-Venture Exchange. Expansion into other verticals came shortly thereafter.
After entering the post-secondary market by installing the Harmonizer into OCAD University in February, LPS continued to expand within the Ontario post-secondary vertical throughout 2015. As the year went on, the Harmonizer was installed into five other university and college campuses, helping these institutions achieve sizeable monetary and emissions savings. More recently, the Harmonizer has assisted numerous buildings within the real estate market, a vertical that is expected to continue to grow due to the reduction of energy cost that the Harmonizer provides, as well as the enhanced asset value offered due to the integration of our product. Legend Power Systems was also pleased to welcome the YMCA GTA as a customer, assisting six YMCA locations in the Greater Toronto Area with their sustainability initiatives by installing the Harmonizer into each building. With the continued sales growth achieved throughout 2015, it was with great excitement that LPS announced the installation of the 100th Harmonizer. It was a very momentous year indeed.
