Legend Power Systems Inc. (“Legend”), (TSX-V: LPS) has appointed Primary Capital Inc. (“Primary”) of Toronto, Ontario as a financial advisor to provide Legend with general financial and capital markets advice for a term of one year.
In consideration of such services, Primary could be issued by Legend up to 1,000,000 common shares, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, if certain contracted milestones are achieved. Primary may also earn a fee of 2% of gross proceeds if an acceptable public offering is completed within the term of the contract.
