Qualifying your commercial or industrial building for the installation of a Harmonizer and available incentives couldn’t be easier. Legend Power Systems (LPS) is proud to be able to offer our energy conservation solution technology to all qualifying buildings. All you have to do is get started!
The initial step is to identify the electricity Conservation and Demand Management (CDM) opportunity. From there, our team will visit your site to determine if the building qualifies. At this time, Legend Power Systems will review one year of bills, count tags and fixtures, and leave a voltage metre on site for one week’s time.
After LPS performs the qualification visit, a business case and incentive application will need to be submitted in order to determine payback and IRR, review financing, and determine a plan of enablement and action. Once the application goes through, Legend Power Systems will install the Harmonizer into your building with minimal disruption to your building’s operations. This process includes a rough-in phase, final connect and a certificate of completion.
The final phase includes putting the device into Measure and Verification (M&V) mode, having the results audited by a third party, and last but not least, issuing the available incentives!
