New quantifiable climate change report has been released by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has been all over the environmental news this week after releasing their new report, Climate Change in the United States: Benefits of Global Action. Quantifying and monetizing the reduced health risks and potential savings associated with taking worldwide action against climate change, the report “estimates the physical and monetary benefits to the U.S. of reducing global greenhouse gas emissions.” The report analyzes and presents findings from the Climate Change Impacts and Risks Analysis (CIRA) project, showcasing a comparative between two very different futures; one in which global action has been taken against climate change, and one in which the world has allowed the continued rise of greenhouse gas emissions.

Learn more about the U.S. EPA’s report by watching the below video. For further information and key findings visit www.epa.gov/cira.
