At Legend Power Systems we value the business relationships that we have built over the years. In particular, our partnerships with the Toronto Atmospheric Fund (TAF), Finn Projects and Energi have resulted in a financing program that we are extremely proud of. The Energy Savings Performance Agreement (ESPA) is a unique, no-cost financing program that seeks to enable building owners to save money, energy and reduce their emissions. Specifically, Legend is able to offer this financing program to qualifying multi-location building owners throughout Ontario, enabling them to reduce their carbon footprint and save energy with no risk and zero capital outlay. Some of the key benefits offered by the program are: the 100% financial coverage; up to a 10 year contract; the measurement and verification of achieved savings four times per year; off balance sheet financing; and guaranteed results.
