Legend Power Systems Inc. (TSX-V: LPS) is pleased to announce that it has closed the warrant exercise expiring September 28, 2014 and raised approximately $2,262,000 from the issue of 5,026,665 shares at $0.45 each.
Proceeds from the exercise of these warrants will be used for general working capital purposes.
